Rosa Mari Molino
Biography
Ms. Rosa Mari Molino joined the firm in 1992 and was became Partner in 2005.
Ms. Molino is the head of the Commercial Law and Contracts Law practices, as well as of the Commercial and Civil litigation practices. She focuses on commercial transactions and contracts, providing comprehensive legal advice to customers who wish to establish their business operations in Panama. She also advises on tax issues, labor laws and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Molino worked as a lawyer in the Caja de Ahorros de Panama, (1986-1989), as Legal Advisor to the IFARHU, and as associate lawyer in Sucre, Arias, Castro & Reyes, (1991-1992).
