BIOGRAFÍA

Juan Carlos Rosas joined the firm in December 1988 and became Managing Partner in 1992.

Mr. Rosas is also the head of the Corporate Law, Banking Law and Securities Law practices, advising clients on financial structuring and establishing their businesses in Panama. He also has vast experience representing clients, both individuals and corporations, in matters relating to foreign investment in Panama.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Rosas worked at Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
