Rachel Arosemena Rosas
Biography
Ms. Rachel Arosemena joined the firm in 2008. She currently leads the Maritime Law practice of the Firm, advising clients in the purchase, financing and flagging of ships. Ms. Arosemena is also a member of the Firm’s Commercial Law and Corporate Law practices, participating in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and corporate services, among others.
Ms. Arosemena represents the main shipping companies of the world in their daily needs within the Panamanian market, such as:
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arosemena worked in the Family Law section of Public Prosecutor’s Office of Panama.
