Lic. Jose Pablo Batista
Biography
Mr. Batista has integrated studies focused on the matter of risks due to eventualities concerning accidents and unexpected situations of a negligent nature, which entail litigation in civil, criminal, administrative matters, and/or alternative methods of conflict resolution (legally recognized). His specialty when exercising the defense of his clients involves analyzing the complete context of the trial, the risks it contains, the alternatives granted by law, assuming the role of the lawyer in each judicial or extrajudicial process, as a priority in favor of Your clients. In this order, when exercising his functions as a lawyer for the Firm, for each particular case, he maintains constant monitoring, so that his clients, mainly insurance companies, insured, public transport, and rail companies, have the support professional, they require.
His experience for more than twenty (20) years in judicial processes, leads him to understand their practice, with a high level of professionalism, participating for his professional heritage in constant seminars that have added to his knowledge general and specific aspects of the cases, both nationally and internationally, also including its quality of exhibitor. The search for improvement, in the exercise of the procedures, is a characteristic that has led him to maintain a continuous education, in updating his knowledge, obtaining a specialist degree in Civil Procedural Law, from a highly prestigious University international, such as the Externado de Colombia University.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Batista worked as a Judicial Secretary in the Auxiliary Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic, (1997-2000) and as Legal Advisor in Banco Delta (2001).
