Biography

Carlos Rubén Rosas, Esq., joined the firm in 2018, and now is an Associate Member.

Mr. Rosas specializes in judicial processes, concentrating in civil and commercial litigation. He also advises local and international clients in legal fields such as corporate, real state, regulatory issues and free competition. His legal practice centers also in providing consultation and advise, giving support to the Department of Due Diligence of the firm, with respect to new regulations issued on this subject.

Among his experience, Mr. Rosas provided legal services for the Consultation Firm of Digital Strategy and business, MO2O, in Madrid, Spain; in the Ministry of Foreign Relations of the Republic of Panama, specifically at the General Directorate of Legal Affairs and Treaties, and in the Department of Privileges and Immunities.

At the moment, he is cursing studies in Financial Planning and Advise, pushing his professional career.
