THE FIRM advises local enterprises and multinational companies in every aspects relating to the labor-management relation. In that sense, the legal services provided cover topics and aspects such as: drafting of labor contracts, negotiation and drafting of collective bargaining agreements, legal representation in judicial proceeding, as well as out-of-court conciliation proceedings, labor termination for justified or unjustified causes; labor arbitration proceedings, among others. We also offer advice and legal representation to foreign clients when seeking the issuance and renovation of work permits by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development in Panama.
